I picked up my spare 300A fuse from eBay for $50. Thanks for whomever above in this thread posted the model number of the fuse otherwise I would have gotten the wrong one from Amazon, the JLLN 300A is what I ordered from eBay. While I've gone 3 years without needing one I know I use the same air fryer as @MapNerd so I'm vulnerable to, however, I will be more disciplined to use the induction cooktop outlet that is on shore power and not inverter line in the future and with any high W appliances as the air fryer is 1700W.

@Neal ... this is a question I have had myself for a while. So even if I am plugged into a 50 amp service I should still try and use the outlets not on the inverter for big loads?? If so, guess I need to mark those somehow. Assume I would just unplug from all power and then the ones that are still hot would be the ones on the inverter??

Yes, this is what I have learned. I am moving the central vac and rear bath outlet my wife uses for hair dryer over to the non inverter load. Once I figure out how...I will document.

So, more going on here. Ran a ran a voltage test across the 300 amp fuse and got back 12.6 V

Sounds like it is blown. If the fuse was good there would be no potential difference across the fuse and you'd read 0V.

Edit: I guess I should have read all the way to the end before posting - glad you got it repaired.

@MapNerd I'm using my Air Fryer tonight. I plugged it into the induction cooktop outlet thanks to learning from your situation. Nice how Newmar slotted the area above the outlet so a cord can be run out with ease to an appliance on the counter.

i was thinking about getting one of those counter popup receptacles and tapping into the outlet to power that so that I wouldn’t have to pull the induction every time to plug something in.
