How to get SMS messages on your Pepwave devices

Today I picked up a T-Mobile SIM. I went online to setup my account so I can setup autopay, etc. During the sign-up process you verify your email, check, then they send you a SMS message to your line's number for a security code you need to enter. Welllll...I don't have a phone, how do I get SMS messages on a Pepwave device?? Wellllll....you can and here's how and way cool!

Login to your Admin then go to the Advanced tab at the top, then SIM Toolkit on bottom left. Select SMS in step 3 and voila, there are your SMS messages!

I get an "internal error" message. Any idea how to fix?

Make sure your firmware is up to date. Otherwise no idea why as I haven't seen that.

It's never worked on my MAX BR1 MK2. Everything looks good. There are no errors but the messages just never arrive. I had to temporarily put the SIM in a phone to receive the text to get access to the AT&T prepaid account.

Just tried this with updated firmware and got the internal error message. Is there any work around?

It works on mine. I checked it a few weeks ago.
