I just made a batch, they came out perfect. Put one cup of water in the IP. Close lid and set pressure cook for 5 minutes (manual mode is fine) then after it beeps it's completed let it sit for 5 minutes, then take out and pour cold water over the eggs to stop the cook. Enjoy.

Beef Tips (over noodles)
  • Sliced up a London Broil, cut that into 2" - 3" strips.
  • Sauteed that in garlic salt and pepper until brown.
  • Added cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
  • Cooked for 20 minutes.
  • Serve over Egg Noodles (they have to be cooked separately)
Yum!

Is that in your coach? That is a huge (and nice) stove.

Oh no, no, no! That picture was taken in my house. Sorry, I can see how the confusion could happen.

So what do you do when you're snowed in and not going anywhere for a few days? Make soup of course!
  • Cut up a London Broil
  • Saute for a few minutes
  • Add veggies, potatoes (and whatever else you like) with 6-8 cups of water
  • Pressure cook for 9 minutes
  • Naturally vent for 25 minutes
  • Release any additional pressure and your done!

Do I detect a pattern here? London broil, perhaps?

Just curious, @Jim; do you use the traditional flank steak "London Broil," and do you marinate it before using it in your dishes? In the photos, it does not appear to be marinated, but sometimes it is hard to tell.

Another "RV chef" would appreciate your insights. Oh...and, your dishes look really good. (y)
