you would think so, but as you mention sometimes the build sheets don't reflect the ground truth. This is especially true with 2020 units like mine where I have Flexsteel furniture and they then promptly exited the industry at the end of the year. For obvious reasons, its just easier and safer to visually confirm everything that needs to be replaced before placing the orders, especially given that it takes so long for them to get it. I'd be awful upset to show up to the service center after a 6+ month wait and they had the wrong covers.Correct me if I am wrong, but would not the S/N of the coach allow them to retrieve the original order, and match what was installed? Seems like some hoops need to be jumped through. I realize last minute changes, but those also should be contained in the OEM order. But who knows?
