My Spartan TPMS can now read the pressure and temps on my TOAD! Long story short... The dealer ordered Gen 1 TPMS sensors vs. Gen 3 so I've had incompatible sensors in my TOAD vehicle this entire time. Took like 20 months to get this figured out and resolved.

Thanks to all the assistance of members on the forum and PMs, I was able to eventually diagnose the issue and then convince the dealer they had screwed up. They finally sent me replacement Gen 3 sensors, Les Schwab did the swap (reluctantly as they normally refuse to touch 3rd party TPMS devices), and then I was able to easily enter the new sensor IDs into the Spartan TPMS Settings screen. Viola!!! It works! I can now add and remove my TOAD as though it is a trailer on my Spartan Chassis New Aire.

Thanks all for the 411!

Best,
-Mark

Do you have a brand and part number for the correct TPMS sensors?

Do you have a brand and part number for the correct TPMS sensors?
The correct gen 3 sensors (4 of them per box) for my Spartan chassis for my 2023 New Aire came in a box labeled

SLT Part No: 110302020523
Shyft Group Part No: 0755-GG3-001

What told the guy who was going to sell me the gen 3 scan tool that I had the wrong gen 1 sensors from the dealer was their ID numbers started with a '2' vs. the gen 3's that start with a '5', which unlocked the mystery. Something the dealer, service techs, Spartan, etc. never clued in on.
