I have terrible water flow in the shower. On the pump or hooked up to city water, no noticeable difference. I have checked flow through the sediment filter and water softener and it is good. I replaced the filter in the wet bay, it may have helped a touch, but not much. What else do I check/replace?

There are valves behind the escutcheon plate that seem to work closed, remove handles to remove plate.

Took me 3 hrs but I got every single water saver disc out of every faucet and shower head. You won't believe the tiny hole they expect water to get through!

Calcification of the shower head?
