Took the LADP to NIRVC today. I'm not sure what I was expecting but wow, that place is big! Well, to me it was anyway. Lots or nice RV's for sale and the people were very nice too!
But the real excitement was the actual drive to NIRVC. Generally I drive at around 60mph, but today I kicked it in the butt with 70-75 most of the way. Well, when the curves allowed it anyway.
And guess what? My fuel mileage went from 5mpg to just about 6mpg. I know, most people would cringe at that kind of mileage, but that's the best I've seen since I've owned the coach.
I'm thinking that big ol 600hp engine likes to stretch it's legs now and then. Maybe 60 mph is too slow for that size of an engine?
