Looking for recommendations on quality step covers to help wipe feet prior to entry. I think something in the 25 inch width would be ideal as the typical 22 or narrower is too narrow. I have two steps. 25-29 width would be ideal.

I know @Neal , you have seen this posted by me before. If you have the Summit SS step covers (can’t imagine that you don’t) then any of the wrap around covers ruin the look. And none of the carpet/outdoor carpet covers have worked for me in the past.
i use these mats cut to fit and just glued down:

I have the same covers like J&JD and they do a good job.

I don't have the Summit Stainless steps. I'm going to give these Prest-O-Fit ones a try:
@Neal are you considering putting it on both steps or only one?

Both steps which is what I have now. I do use a door mat and probably should consider not using these at all. Hmmm

@Neal, My only concern was if it would hinder the step retraction but I can't really tell from the pictures.

I've been using them since the beginning on both steps, no issues. Had my programmed in 2019 Kwikee step motor failure but that's it.

What do you cut the astroturf with and what do you glue it down with?

It looks like you folks have more clearance between your steps when retracted, than I do on my BayStar. What do you glure them down with? And how do you remove them when they need replacing?

My covers came installed by the original owner.

I think all the Kwikee Steps fold in with the same clearances. I have not had a problem even when adding the Summit SS, mats, and hold down tape. This is the tape I am using to hold the mat in place:

To clean, I have been using a hand held leaf blower. Seems to work fine.

Thanks. I was contemplating 3M double-sided tape. I have had good luck with some of them on other projects and some rolls did not stick at all. I don't know wifh it is age of the tape or what. Anyhow, I will try this one.
