Thanks to everyone and the abundant information provided by this site 
being located North of New Orleans, we just had power restored but the gas lines are terrible. Drove to MS( 60 miles) to find a station without a line..
I think we will wait till after January to make a purchase of an older 02' to 11' 40 to 45ft . Not yet decided on Brand / Model so if anyone want to add pro's / con's , I would be appreciative.
