@FLSteve Great looking coach, congrats! About that waste hose storage tube, I thought I was going to install one but on my 22 Dutchstar there is a waste hose storage bin on the Driver Side near the rear of the coach. It holds 30'+ of waste hose and elbow. I'm not sure if the Mountain Aire has the same bin or not but if it does you may not need the storage tube.

I received an update from my Newmar representative this afternoon on my 2022 Ventana 3407 that was in Run 29 along with some pictures. It was recently released from the paint shop and it is waiting for a few items due to the dreaded "supply chain" issues. I will inquire tomorrow as to what items these are and after those items are installed it will finish with CQI. It needs to be weighed, test driven, and gone through the rain bay. After that it will go through Newmar's final finish process, cleaned, and prepped for transport.

I have to say it's nice to see my Ventana... the excitement is growing. I don't have an anticipated delivery date, but since I'm in no extreme rush, I will assume a delivery of later in March or early April.

I received an email this morning from my Newmar representative updating me regarding the missing items for my Ventana. They are waiting for the Nova Side Awnings and the toilet. No date as to when they are expected to be available.

Spent yesterday driving from south Florida up to Atlanta. Heading over to NIRVC for a 10:00 am delivery this morning. Plan to stay several days at the dealership before taking off. Hope we can get all "our stuff" in it.

@FLSteve
At last! Have a safe trip!
Enjoy your beautiful new Coach!
Oh, & take your time unloading that stuff! Don't overdo it!(y)

Congrats on the big day @FLSteve. Looking forward to whatever you care to share. I'm sure you'll find plenty of room and probably be at Walmart before the day is out :)

Yahoo on the BIG DAY! I'm so excited for ya'll. Can't wait to see the photos of your new coach and ya'll's smiling faces!

Just a quick update from yesterday ... all went good and so far I am very pleased with the Newmar quality of build. Today we will spend much more time looking at it and working on a PDI list. So far there's nothing found that I could not fix myself if I had to ... but glad NIRVC is all over it! More pictures to come once we get all our "stuff" loaded in from the U-Haul and things settle down a bit. We did not pick the best time to do this weather wise as it's pouring down rain in the area ... but good time to test for leaks as @redbaron reminded me. I think our biggest challenge will be learning the silver leaf system and how to use the valid air system. Think we will like both once we learn how they work. ;)
