I have a 2023 3543. I’m not sure that my controls look exactly like yours but I do see references to “stool room” in some places.

Silverleaf is wonky at best! MyRosie stopped working for me 24 hours ago and I made a 90-minute round trip out to my coach storage thinking that the power had failed. The System Control app stopped working early this year. I contacted Silverleaf. Someone is going to call me right back. Over 6 months later, I’m still waiting for that call.

Newmar needs to jettison Silverleaf for a more modern and reliable system.

Getting myrozie to work again: At times I have removed the SilverLeaf display screen in the hall to reveal the LR125 module mounted to the wall behind it and then unplugged it and plugged it back in to force that module to reboot. As long as my rig's internet is working (an AT&T MiFi device) and SilverLeaf is configured to join my local WiFi, that usually restores the myrozie connection after a few minutes. Also check the SilverLeaf configuration options for Internet and WiFi to ensure it hasn't forgotten your local WiFi SID and password (forgetting it all the time is a bug that requires a firmware update).

For the STL room extra controls and bathroom controls in wrong place nonsense: If you don't own a SilverLeaf OmniScope you could make an appointment with your dealer to install similar updated firmware and config update they finally debugged and did for me (SilverLeaf saves these away for future reference). I would reach out to SilverLeaf's support (Joshua if you can) to ensure both they and dealer have videos of your screens and the incorrect items on it you want resolved. Given they finally solved this for my rig, one would hope this is now straightforward for all other 2023 New Aire 3543 owners.

As for System Control App: They've updated the app a few months ago. It is basically nothing more than a web view through an embedded browser to open myrozie if you don't choose the manual direct connect option to your coach. If you go into the SilverLeaf wifi settings you can find out the IP address assigned to your LR125 module. Then connect your phone to the same WiFi hotspot you configured SilverLeaf to connect to. In the System Control App use the drop down menu and pick the Connect Manually menu item. Then enter the IP address from the SilverLeaf configuration screen and press the Accept button in that same System Control pop-up dialog you entered the IP address into. Wait... It should update the screen after a couple minutes. On my rig the IP address comes back as 192.168.10.228 and I later configured my Wingard Aspen WiFi Router to make that IP address assignment static so it wouldn't change over time. I got tired of having to look it up.

After a while you should see the screens to control your RV from your phone. It is much faster and a little more intuitive than myrozie.com. Note that you don't need the System Control app to do this though. Typing that very same IP address into a browser on your phone while connected to the same WiFi will also work... The app is basically just a wrapper for a browser. I've saved the IP as a bookmark in my phone's browser to avoid the app. SilverLeaf tech support can also talk you through this entire procedure while at your RV on the same local WiFi.

Good luck!

Best,
-Mark
