So Ninja users, we (me) seem to be stuck on a few things to cook on the Ninja grill/smoker. So far to date I've done steak, chicken, wings, salmon, and pork chops. What have you done and what can be done that we should venture into? I need to start watching more of CJ or other YouTubers on Ninja cooking and broaden my horizons. I love this thing and need to figure out more things to cook.
Brownies!

Wings came out okay. First time I used the basket and that worked well so I didn't have to flip them. I didn't care for the Apple pellets as I prefer a stronger smoke flavor. All in all, no complaints from the crowd, twas good.

If you want strong try Mesquite pellets.

We did some using those and were strong the day we cooked them. Second day the leftovers were so strong we couldn’t eat them 😳

My wings were just ok. Like @Neal , I think I will use a stronger pellet next time.

Saturday, I cooked thick cut bone-in pork chops seasoned with SPG, which were amazing. I've never had a pork chop that tender and moist.

Yep, makes Pork Chops good for once. Which pellet flavor did you use? Liking the Kona pellets I hope?

I used Cherry. I cooked on LO with smoke. Turned once, removed at 150, and rested for about 5 minutes.

I like the Kona pellets. They are smaller length-wise than what I've been using and seem to light and burn better. I didn't realize they come in a zip-loc type bag which is nice.

Did Pork Chops tonight, also used Cherry (low grill with smoke). I removed at 147 and let rest and I'd say that was too long for me. It was on the medium to well done, more medium, but I like it more juicy. Next time I'll probably remove around 135 and let rest.

How did you like the cherry?

Was good. Not overwhelming.

No pineapple??

Grilled pineapple is delicious. Cut pineapple in spears. Soak in water for an hour or so. Roll around in turbinado sugar. Put on grill. Turn frequently. They are good.

I love grilled pineapple but what's the deal with soaking in water?

Soaking them in water keeps them from drying out and burning. Because if the high sugar content, it can char too quickly over direct heat. The extra moisture slows down the caramelization and the pineapple is more evenly cooked and taste better in my opinion.

We don’t / haven’t used smoke on chops. Just grill on medium using temperature on the app.

Always come out juicy.

Did some chicken breasts last night using the basket and smoke - did come out tasty but drier than when we grill them.

Have you cooked the pineapple on your Ninja?

I have. Low grill setting.
