Please explain what is is you want to point out ?
Just like NIRVC offers YouTubers free service to post content and interviews . NIRVC also profits if the you tube is positive . I gurantee you he does not post this content if the review is good . A public service announcement from a non public entity that profits .
So we need fo Brett to favor for them to be good or allowed . These are supose to be independent . What really matters Angie ?

This is what really matters!

Typically when someone starts bashing an organization without willingly stating what experience they have with the organization. They are bashing their competitors!

Now, mind you, I have no proof this is the case here, but is very likely! Now, as you have been asked. Would you like to offer your credentials concerning your rant? Or can we assume you are bashing your competitors?

If you have read all my posts I was the GM manager at NIRVC . I have 40 years experience with dealerships . I am not bashing anything at all . I was present for the inspection . I was disappointed in the sales person for not having the unit ready and parked with hook ups . Had I realized it I would have had it cleaned and moved but I did not know until after the fact . The Blue Ox people where very nice and as I told the leadership team the video Blue Ox presented once honest and not sensationalized .
Then I was told I needed to have a list of inspectors who were “friendly to NIRVC” .
Do you think that is transparent behaviors ? I asked the team to just let it all be . I was yelled at and retaliated for this .

Good afternoon All,

As many of you have heard me say before: no matter how thin the pancake, there is always two sides. And, regardless of the platform, RVForums, IRV2, YouTube, etc. I have always posted as myself, and not anonymously behind a handle. Meaning, I have, and I always will, own what I say and do.

Best case, it will be very difficult for me to rebut Winchipper’s 19 posts over the past 36 hours. However, I will endeavor to show the other side of the “pancake.” Winchipper was hired as NIRVC’s General Manager in Las Vegas for 90-day probationary period beginning 10/16/2024. However, Winchipper was terminated 75 days later on 1/3/2025. He is merely following through on his 60+ emails threatening to trash NIRVC publicly unless we capitulate to his outrageous demands. I refuse to participate in his unlawful extortion scheme; I have never, nor will I now respond to threats. Winchipper is free to do whatever he feels he’s big enough to do.

In an effort to put all of Winchipper’s past, and undoubtedly future posts into proper perspective: all of his knowledge regarding NIRVC, its manufacturers, customers, and indeed the RV industry, was gleaned from his scant 75-day tenure with us in Las Vegas. And no, Winchipper does not own a motorhome. Winchipper’s “40 years experience with dealerships” is a false equivalency as all of those years were with auto dealerships, not motorhomes.

Winchipper has sent numerous threatening emails to NIRVC on a daily basis since his termination, which resulted in NIRVC blocking him from our servers. Regrettably, the NIRVC managers who hired Winchipper were catfished—big time! After all, Winchipper has promised to create a “4 part and maybe 5 part” podcast and YouTube video series. Potential future employers will want to be sure and grab their popcorn; I can only hope his content saves them from getting catfished too!

Our 3rd Party Inspectors video wasn’t made at the behest of the manufacturer whom the Inspectors attempted to shakedown, nor was it to protect NIRVC’s reputation as our name wasn’t mentioned in their video. We made our video to finally shine a light on the practices of 3rd Party Inspectors in an attempt to inform and protect our customers. As for the inspection referenced in our video, I would be surprised if any purchaser would gladly pay $4,000 for that “inspection.” Our customer certainly wasn’t happy! However, I think the fact Winchipper chose to “die on the cross” for this Inspector goes right to the heart of what he is willing to prioritize over a customer. Birds of a feather will flock together. Our video spells out our process, and detailing a coach is the last step in the process before delivery, and only after all the technicians are out of the coach. Notwithstanding, Winchipper still clings to the coach being filthy, not hooked up to water, not ready for inspectors, etc., all of which occurred under his leadership as General Manager!!! His self unawareness continues to astonish.

For those of you who have visited one of our locations, you know our team members wear NIRVC blue uniforms. This dress-code policy is because our properties are very large, and I never want our customers struggling to find someone who can help them. We have always strictly enforced our Dress-code! “A picture is worth a thousand words.” Can you identify NIRVC’s General Manager?
IMG_3268.jpeg

Neither could our manufacturers or customers. Winchipper is wearing the maroon sweater and black stocking cap.

Lastly, to my knowledge, NIRVC’s Defects Per Unit (DPUs), as well as our soon-to-be-released Warranty Ratings, plus our database of what used coaches sell for relative to Book Value in the market, make NIRVC the only entity in the entire RV industry to publish such information. Naturally, I welcome anyone else in the industry to start reporting similar information! But, until someone does, for better or for worse, the industry will be stuck with NIRVC’s information, as it is all that currently exists.

Onward,
Brett

Quick response: I was brought in to NIRVC by the COO and he asked me to be a change agent. In fact less than an hour ago he told some customers just the same thing as they are having major issues I was trying to fix, Secondly, that beanie i am wearing in the picture says NIRVC on the front of it and it was company issued, So why would Brett make fun of his own uniform. I also had to wear the beanie more often as I had some cancers cut off my head. Not that I need to explain. Yes it was cold and I had a sweater on over my NIRVC shirt and was not sure that was a penalty. I am not trying to hide who I am. 818 231 1286 Rick Alpern , Call me anytime.
Did is 100 percent disingenuous to say he did not make the video because of Blue Ox. From his lips to my ears and using the OWLL AI product. Which I highly recommend as it takes record of all meetings etc. Just because you talk smooth and say your the leader does not make you the leader. Brett's response is a pure Gaslight and i have a letter from them actually not only threatening Blue Ox , but me as well. Btw in two months production was up and so were profits as well as we were number combined for November and December sales, If it be know i was retaliated against for reporting things and being a "change agent". amongst other things as well had to and am still chasing monies owed me.

All that being said an employer who posts a picture like that with the description says it all. I heard and felt a lot was said because I was Jewish as well. When I was terminated, they tried to have me sign a severance agreement giving up my rights for less than they owed me.

With all that I am still looking at two major issues . Customers who are at the dealership today who were lied to, told to sign a post dated extended warranty, hid major rust damage and over charged on the advertised price. They keep calling me for assistance on what to do, They are 73 years old and after many attempts to talk to Brett . Brett never called or responded back. Today bill the COO was cornered by them and pretended he did not know what was going on. Bill at this point is in the process of letting them know what to do, This customer has easily 20 pages of notes which I also now have access to.

Back to the main topic . Blue Ox did not try to shake down the manufacture. They were looking for a relationship if it suited both of them. They wanted to be a company recommended and why not. Brett is the one who with him reporting all issues is showing the industry how to in his terms "shake down" Currently because of what is going on in the business they don't care, However, something tells me at one point the factories will see past it.
Example it has taken 2.5 days for the customer that is there to have a Blue Ox tow installed on their jeep. The person doing it requires looking at a video on his phone to it. They are desperately in the same boat as many ... Looking for quality people to work on these coaches. It is very hard when you have so many different brands to have experts on all. So again, data produced may not be best used for decision making,

Lastly, one of the things I quickly removed was these unproductive meetings, but was told all stores had them so we need to as. I was saving the store 1,5 man power employees a month. Approx 12k in net savings and had a more proficient way, Use the same picture Brett posted and see how much focus there is on the meeting. A picture is worth a 1000 words ,

curious are you leaving his post up?
So you do not post mine , but leave Brett’s . Seems like he is the one airing things . I was simply making points about the business until his posts with my picture . Crazy you leave his up but won’t let me speak up against it . I guess we know who helps sponsor . I captured it all including the picture . Very disappointed in your behavior . As fair as me getting another job . I am sure that won’t be an issue. If you leave his post and don’t let me put mine up . That ain’t cool

I find it a total lie I am wearing a dark blue cap with NIRVC logo on it . Give in to me to wear by the company . He does not even know what his uniforms are
