Typically not, DMV information is not public information. You could possibly find the original selling dealer and call them. As a Honda Dealer, my staff is strictly forbidden to divulge prior owner information because it falls under the privacy laws.

Look through your manual satchel. Mine had receipts of work done by the previous owner. Also had the complete order form for the coach. This was cool as I could see all of the option boxes that were checked plus specials.

Contact Newmar and request a weight sheet for your VIN and coach number. That will list historical owners too. Plus you will be able to see the exact weight of your coach when it rolled off the assembly line.

If you bought from a dealer, you could ask the dealer to have the previous owner contact you.

Iowa has the P/O right on the title. (This may not be the case if bought used from a dealer.)
