I have a Prowler and one of the crank windows doesn't work. The knob turns freely, but the shaft that moves the window is not turning. Anyone know how this mechanism works and any repair hints? Thanks.

They make left and right crank gear boxes. You likely have a stripped tooth on the gear. That usually means drilling out some rivets and replacing the crank unit.
