I turned on the refrigerator this morning in preparation for a trip tomorrow. I checked this afternoon and it was 80 degrees in the refrigerator. Not good, so it's off to the internet. I found a youtube video on trouble shooting the fridge. All this electrical stuff, 12V, 120V blah blah blah. Then, oh, there is a little button behind this panel. If it's popped out a little bit, the fridge won't work. I checked, the button, it was popped out a little bit. Pushed it back in and the fridge is working now. I don't think this is going to work in the long run because the reason the little button popped out is not resolved. It doesn't look like any refrigerant is leaking, which would cause that little button to pop out.

Is that a thermistor? if it is and it has a button to reset it, it’s probably because it happens a good bit. I’d just keep an eye on it.

That's an overtemp thermostat. Check the vent above the fridge and make sure even the vent is clear so that you can get the air flow it needs to keep from popping the heat switch.

Im having a similar issue. Was your Fridge running just not getting cold? My "Fast Cold" Light keeps flashing. Where is this switch on the fridge? did you have to pull it out to get to it?

That ‘button’’ is accessed from outside. I did not have to pull out the refrigerator. There was another metal panel I had to remove to get at it.
