Need to replace my Dashcam. Anyone have experience with this one?

I do. Very decent camera for the price. I move it around vehicles without any issue. You can’t beat the price compared to others. Having a dashcam especially in an RV is essential these days.

I believe any dash cam is fine as long as:
  1. It's 4K (ever seen those crime videos where you can't make out anything? You want the best video for evidence should you need it including the ability to read a license plate)
  2. Always recording, even when parked
Get the largest SD card the device supports. Buy it separately as it's cheaper but also buy a good one, do your research.

I am a fan of Blackvue and would buy it again if needed.

I have a blackvue as well and a great camera like @Neal says. It does not come with a suction cup but you make your own with the 3m lock tape. I recently had to send mine in because of a firmware update issue I created and the seller replaced it without hesitation. The cost was 59 since I was well out of warranty and I thought that was reasonable.

Have 3 of the Rove ones - one in each vehicle.

Never had an issue and the recordings are nice.

If you go that route, pay attention to the remarks they make about the sd card compatibility - some won’t work with their dashcam.

I would recommend one with a screen that shows errors and when it is recording. I had one that hooks WIFI to my phone and didn't have a screen to view and the SD card was corrupt and wasn't recording and I have no idea how long it was corrupt.
