Well poop, UPS says it delivered it but they didn't.

Neal I had you ship it to a UPS store I use for business and receive many packages a week. UPS says they delivered it Saturday, UPS store says they didn't have a UPS delivery Saturday. I had a bunch of stuff come in today and still didn't get it. I'm heart broken. JK

Well how can this happen, according to UPS my SWAG package was delivered this past Saturday.

But wait, there's more.

As of 3:30 this morning it's out for delivery again.

How is that possible, inquiring minds want to know!

Folks - FYI the mugs with four color artwork are not dishwasher safe. Please clean in your sink only. Next round will be single color (white) and hopefully dishwasher safe. The four color artwork makes it too thick.

Edit: It looks like even single color recommends hand washing and not dishwasher. I guess this is how it goes when artwork is applied to any mugs like this. FYI x 2

We have had this happen several times over the past couple of months. I think people are ordering more online during the pandemic and the delivery schedules are overbooked. Stuff falls through the cracks. Ours have always showed up eventually.
