I asked a question a while back re: rear overhang in an RV. I used the terminology: Bumble bee look. I was looking for info in SAFELY driving it w/o someone smacking into it while I was negotiating a corner> One such tight turn is necessary in returning from an outing; however the city enlarged it so school buses can go thru w/o going over the sidewalk.
Being a retired scientist, maybe I am looking to an answer to a question that does not exist.
More info: I am presently trailing a 24' boat on an aluminum trailer, of which is 31' long from hitch ball to outdrive hanging out the rear. The distance between the trailer wheels to the drive is about 8', and I can handle it even before they enlarged the street width at the corner.
Am I trying to find something here that does not apply? If so, say so.
I am looking at class A and Class C motorhomes 24-28' and some are 10' hangover.
Thank y'all for putting up with me.
