I've been getting some guidance from you folks on replacing the TV in my rv, Thanks. One more question, can I use a standard home lcd as a replacement? I don't care about the 12 volt feature but wondering about durability bouncing down the road .

As long as you have a 120V outlet, yes. Most TV's are 120V as far as I know and there is no difference between RV and "home" TV, again, as far as I know.
