Let's try again. It opens on my Mac laptop, but not on my iPad? I think you have to open it with QuickTime Player.

Thanks for the try, @Buly, but my iPad still doesn't like it. I'll go upstairs in a bit and try opening it on the iMac.

Growing up, the threat of getting swats at school did not faze me. What did scare the hell out of me was knowing that if I got swats at school, that 3-5 swats would not even come close to qualifying as a warm up of what I would get at home.

Press and hold on the link. In the box that appears press “download linked files”. In the upper right of the iPad screen is a small arrow pointing down. Press on the arrow and the file will be there.
