Small tear in the Diamond Shield

I have some issues with the Diamond Shield on my warranty list for September. Not happy at all with the way it was installed, not cut right and dirt has gotten under a lot of the edges. Plus lower edge is completely unsealed, picture included. Didn’t have anything like this on the 2017. Will see how much they fix.View attachment 2003
Hmmm, yeah...one of two problems with that application. One, it was clean in that area. Or two, they didn't stretch and activate the adhesive well enough upon application. They know, and can do better,

The "best fix", aside from a totally replacement, would actually be to razor trim that all the way across so it's not wrapping around that curve so acutely. I know that's what my guy would do.

I’m going to push for replacement as not happy with multiple location that was improperly trim and lack adhesion allowing dirt underneath. Since the front of coach is a light color it is very noticeable.
