Yes ... received it a while back. Was easy to take care of. Here is another thread on it.

apparently we received the letter while in Utah for the month of april, it came in recent mail delivery, PO held our mail until returning and must have missed it, wonder if that's why my cockpit AC is sporadic, sometimes yes, sometimes no
