I have a new to me 2008 40QSP with 4 slides. 2 of the slides are HWH hydraulic on the curbside ,1 in the galley and 1 in the bedroom. Both slides seem to work fine but neither one extends far enough to place the facia of the slide against the wall. There is about a 3 inch gap. The galley slide extends 20 inches and the bedroom slide extends 16 inches from the outside wall of the coach. Is this normal?

That is a normal deal. Best way to make sure is that once slides are out, see if the seals are seated on the outside.
