When trying to pump antifreeze through the lines, found the water pump doesn't work.
Checked the fuse that's good.
When pressing the switch all I hear is a clicking, sounds like from the bedroom.
Is there a reset on the pump?
How difficult is it to install a new pump.

Thanks

Has the pump ever worked to supply water pressure to the coach? How long since you last knew the pump was working? Are the winterizing valves set properly to give the antifreeze somewhere to go? The clicking sound is curious and could be the pump trying to operate with split membranes or other broken parts, but it's impossible to tell from what you've described.

There is no pump reset that I know of. It's a pretty basic machine. The water pump is usually an easy replacement, but it would be a shame to replace the one you have to end up in the same situation.

Best of luck,

Greg.

There is usually a bypass valve at the top of the antifreeze inlet line and it needs to be opened to winterize. You should close the valve when you want to use the water pump with the fresh water tank.

The pump worked this summer.
The valves are set correctly.
Only hear the clicking when using the switch inside. Must be a relay.
Tried it today with the switch outside don't hear anything.
Will mess with it some more Saturday.
Looks like a fairly easy job.
