Thank you!

And, just to keep one thing in mind that made it a no-brainer for us, was that a nice 5-7 year old Newell can be found for less than an new Essex. PLUS, the Newell will retain its value better.

But yes, she’s definitely a “plus plus” size and doesn’t fit everywhere. ?
It's my dream coach. I'm still in awe about the size of the water pump and a backup pump AND say what..... a 140 gallon fresh water tank at least on an older model that I saw. It's the little things. OH, and a 20 kilowatt generator. Lawd. I go from the inside of a Newell and it feels so solid with high ceilings even in slide outs and then I go into mah wee beastie and it feel likes I'm in a tin can ready to blow away. Crazy. Sigh. Yeah, one day...it will happen. Til then, I am loving to see ya'll enjoy such a great coach!

Cancel the order for the London Aire (or whatever), @ARD and go for the Newell!

Trust me, I've been considering just that. Not a lot for sale and I can't buy a new one. I'll be keeping them on my radar and if ya'll ever see one, keep me in mind and give me a shout out. ?The thing is they make these coaches specifically for the owner who orders it so you just have to find the one with the right layout and easy to update. Ohhhh and YES to the steam shower.

Hi Capt Gizmo. My wife and I are slowly converting ARD to the Newell experience. We are currently parked next door to her at Wolf Creek Run in Pagosa Springs. Now we just have to help her find one.

Best,
Terry and Dianne

Amen!!! Ya’ll have ruined me! Welcome to the forum you troublemakers!!! ❤️

Just convert the two little white devils and @ARD will agree to whatever they want. Those two lovelies do enjoy creature comforts as Renee well knows ??

Awesome!

There is ZERO question of comparison.

In terms of finding one, they are out there to meet her budget. Just stay vigilant by watching TV Trader and RVT. Also, @ARD can post on the Facebook group as well as HERE!

I can tell that you have seen some of the differences. Well, I can tell you…you ain’t seen nuthin yet!! I could go on for a hour talking about all of the incredible features, design and engineering!

Newells are made with nothing but the best grade products along with redundancy to KEEP YOU GOING! And don’t forget their 24/7/365 service line that OS EXACTLY THAT!!! They will answer or call you back within 20 minutes.

I'm going out and throw some rocks at my Tiffin, be right back . . .

We have put flooring in quite a few Newell’s and are impressed with the engineering.

Please don't do that!

Creating and being the first poster on this sub-forum, my biggest concern I expressed to Neal, is the feeling others will have; referring to "non-Newell" owners.

The intent is ABSOLUTELY NOT to be a brag-fest, flaunt, or grounds for a "Chevy vs. Ford" or "Spartan vs. Freightliner" war. Instead, we would like it to be a section where questions and answers, tips, concerns, and yes...those reasons that pulled us towards a Newell.

Not just the cost, but the length will be an immediate disqualified. A 45+, low-riding, 62k beast is also not the "off-road" lovers choice either. But, perhaps by tactfully listing the advantages and pointing out mis-conceptions such as "I can't afford $2M for a Newell", may give some folks some food for thought or lead them towards owning a Newell; even if it's 10+ years old.

Please don't do that!
Of course I was kidding. Very happy for you and your new motor home. She's a beauty, that's for sure. Congratulations!
