Even though we live out west, having heated floors is REALLY nice. But, I'll second the automatic gate valves. Some don't find it an issue and it may not be for them. We have a full wall slide over the wet bay and I have a bad back and knees. With an all electric coach with a dishwasher, washing machine and macerator toilets, we can fill the black and grey tanks quickly. With the SaniCon unit, I can connect to the sewer in under a minute and leave the grey tank open. When the black tank gets full, which happens quickly with macerator toilets, I just electrically open the black tank valve and it drains in a few minutes, no need to even turn on the macerator. The best part, the morning of departure, all my tanks are empty before I go outside. I start the coach, bring in the slides and in less than five minutes, my shore connections are all stowed, no waiting to dump.

A residential refrigerator. Now that I replaced the Never Cold with a residential Stainless Steel 18 CU FT Samsung I couldn't go back. No way.

BTW................some of you are REALLY spoiled!!! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Fireplaces and Warm tiles, and electric waste gates OH MY!!! Just listen to yourselves. Now a BIG 'fridge for all the steaks and beer is a NECESSITY I tell you!!!!:LOL::LOL:

6X or so on the heated floors. They're great

Washer and dryer. Our first RVs (5 of them, IIRC) didn't have a washer and dryer. Our Bounder had one in it, we thought it was a waste of space. We used it a few times and decided we'd never have another RV without one.

We have the hook ups for the washer/dryer but our used coach didn't come with one. I'm assuming it failed and wasn't replaced by the original owner. We have hesitated in buying one because of all the people that said they never use theirs. I'm still torn. We're usually not gone more than a week at a time so we can just bring the clothes home to wash them. But it would be nice to have!! :giggle:

That's what we thought, lol. It doesn't matter if we're just gone for the weekend to the lake. We don't have to do laundry when we get home.

Diesel engine. I'm in the mountains so much of my driving is up/down 8% grades. Never again want to do that without a diesel.

What is something you love about your RV that you could not live without if you got a new RV?

For me - it's electric gate valves. I cannot stress enough what a dream this is to be able to dump tanks without going outside and crawling under a slide. For those that don't have this I cannot sell this hard enough to get it. It is a dream and I could not see having another RV without being able to dump tanks from inside the coach.
1. A Murphy bed for great space utilization. 2. Solar panels, a must for boondockers.
