What is the topic? You've gotten multiple answers but you don't like them. ..You don't agree... What is there to agree or disagree with? What's not friendly? Well, I think you should know that answer better than anyone.

You could stuff plastic bags in it. Or trash bag dispenser (that’s what I’d use it for)

I second the bag stuffing idea. Seems the most practical.

Not sure you need a permanent feature for Kleenex in the kitchen?
