In early August I catch the ladies circuit barrel racing competition in Rock Springs, WY at the Sweetwater Events Complex. I lay up there for a day on our way to the Bonneville Salt Flats for Speed Week.

LVM Resort Las Vegas, Nv. Here for a week. Watching the Granddaughter run barrels

A man after my own heart on both accounts. I love barrel racing, and LVM is on my bucket list.

We have arrived at our winter volunteer location - W.P. Franklin Lock & Recreation Area, Alva, FL, just east of Fort Myers. Nine sites at the volunteer village - clean, spacious and friendly folks. Looking forward to a pleasant winter!
