Actually we use the convection oven for high volume wingage. Not quite as good as the air fryer but they still turn out very nicely. I’ve been debating a pellet grill but the S&B spoiled me with a big green egg for 10 years so I’m considering a little green egg. For now, we just use a little Weber electric that kills a small piece of my soul every time I pull it out. Not because it’s bad, it’s a handy little grill that gets the job done but there’s no smoking of ribs happening with that thing.Great info, thanks @MapNerd. Maybe it's time for a pellet grill for higher volume wingage?
Everybody knows you’re only obligated to act on a dare if it’s a double-dog dare.I was late to the pellet grill game, never saw one in use but heard a lot about them. Then in a CG once upon a time I saw someone cooking on one and figured I have to try that. Ordered from Amazon and was amazed. Still love it. I dare you to try it

Just finished rack ribs on the grill you posted above. I like the CG grill better then the Traeger I have at home.I was late to the pellet grill game, never saw one in use but heard a lot about them. We've got a counter top convection oven that is also an air fryer and a toaster. Wings on the air fryer setting are awesome!!! No grease and the wings are crispy. Just douse them with the sauce of your choice after you turn them and it will cook the sauce into the wings. Works real good for Teriyaki or Habanaro Pineapple because the sugar carmelizes on there really well. Regular hot sauce works well too.Wow, I'm impressed. Wings in the air fryer, who would have thought!
I'm convinced! We just had wings the other night and trish was going to do them in the air fryer. But I was afraid they wouldn't be as good so I talked her into putting them in the grease fryer instead. I wish I had kept my mouth shut now!Wings on the air fryer setting are awesome!!! Wait until you try them the first time. You won't go back!! My advice is to put them in the air fryer frozen for about 10-15 minutes. Then turn them over. This way you get both sides crispy. I also pour off any water that's in the pan from them thawing out. (it looks gross to me!) After another 10-15 minutes on the second side pull them out and sauce them puppiues up and put them back in until they look like you want them to.I'm convinced!
