Question New TSD/EFS App?

Got an e-mail from TSD announcing a "new app" for their fuel discount program. For some reason, you have to register for a slot to download it. I have registered twice now over the past week, but have not received the required "invitation" to download the app. Anyone else having the same experience, or do they just not like me?

I registered and got in and installed it. They are only letting X number of people in a day or whatever time period as it's a "beta" essentially and they are monitoring their backend to make sure they can support the demands. There was a video on it, maybe on their registration page. Moral is be patient miyagee.

Same experience here @TJ&LadyDi. As long as the card and EFS app continue to work, I’m fine being the last one in.

Yep...that's a good strategy. I've just never seen a rollout like this and the lack of ANY response over a week's time left me wondering. Oh well.

I’m not a guy with a lot of IT knowledge or experience, but this rollout is the strangest thing I’ve seen. Having said that, I’m forever grateful we have this company to give us a heretofore unheard of break on fuel prices.

I got it downloaded and was able to login, my first take is search for fuel is limited to 100 miles of current destination which is not great. Don’t be in a rush, just keep using EFS app.

...because I can't login

The login is stubborn and not obvious in their original email.
I got stuck because I didn’t realize I had to CREATE A NEW login/account. And then, my password didn’t work and I had to reset it.
After that, it was fine.
The app is basically a scroll, pinch and zoom, search tool. It has a Locate Me and a Dynamic tool. No route finder yet.

Let me help...

You CAN find other areas in 2 ways:
1- use the filter tool; tap it and a city search field will appear

2- use the dynamic/follow search tool (above the find current location) tool; this will change the search area to wherever you scroll to

I could not get the log in to come up. Called in and was taken care of works great ,mine does 150 mile. My prices don't fit in the green lines. They did say this was beta. will work with them it is worth it. I can see enough to know to click on then full price is there.

I just tried their old app and it is still working fine. If I do get an "invite" to download the new one, I think I will pass. The old version does what I need it to do; show prices in a given area and track my account when I use it. For me, anything else would just be fluff.
