    New TPMS Valor tire sensors

So much to learn. Back in Dec our tire sensors started malfunctioning. Bought all new and 4 more for a Jeep I had yet to purchase. Everything was installed into our 2016 King Aire and 2018 Wrangler (toad). I stupidly thought that I could just sit and program these back into my coach. Turns out...

    TPMS vs Tire Pressure Gauge

I too, use a TST-507 TPMS system. And I use a digital tire gauge. Surprisingly, they agree on all (coach & toad) but two tires, the inside duals. TST is one pound lower than the digital gauge. Guess I am lucky that they are that close. And have had both the "TST" & digital gauge for almost 4...

Question Dark coach cab makes TPMS display dim

My experience almost exactly with the only differences being that mine is low and to the left and its EZ TPMS…everything else is spot on.

TPMS Issues - Gen 1 -- NHTSA Recall Campaign

Dang, after all that I think I would have abandoned that system, or had it removed and just purchased a TST TPMS to use.

    Time to buy tires

:-) Typo...Tires set for 110 (TPMS confirmed). And I agree, probably don't want to get near it. Like take a picture or anything.

Need a Tire inflator with a Digital Gauge

...it sounds like they are well made products. I gave up trying to get all my tires at the exact same pressure and manage to get within 2 psi (according to the TPMS) with a manual gauge, but I can see how this would allow fine tuning of tire pressure. You could also compare results with the TPMS.

    Tire pressures experience

I had been watching this tread to see if there really was a way to actually change the useless SoartanLync TPMS warnings. I bought 2x 20k weight scales and do 4 corner each major trip. I do cheat and after chocking other wheels lift the cornet up on the leveling jack 3” off ground and slide...

myVehicle - CAN / OBDII integration

This weekend, got the basics of TPMS CAN transceiver integration working. Starting to work on a user interface for it. Using PSITireInflation.com parts. We also want to add the ability to pair wheel sensors to position, and manage the 4 sets of settings.

Question 2023 DS FL, adding TPMS to towed vehical

@Stuart S take a look at @redbaron's post as an FYI to see if you're buying into something you may not want to? https://rvforums.com/threads/tpms-issues-gen-1-nhtsa-recall-campaign.12332/

Question Rettroband - are they worth it?

...how to do it or you can damage things pretty good. When I had rettrobands on my Ventana I carried a document that shows how to do it. They may have improved since I had the first generation. I have thought about getting them on my bus but I have to research first because of the tpms system.

FYI On a recent trip a Valve stem on the tow failed

On the VW the OEM TPMS system does not use sensors. The VW system uses differential wheel speed to sense low tire pressure. Unfortunately I have had many flat tires on this vehicle and the TPMS system works flawlessly. On the RV I use the EEZ TPMS system. EEZ uses screw on tire sensors. So the...

Question Location of Spartan integrated TPMS antenna?

...to experience the frustration, etc! Fortunately or unfortunately, My Canyon Star doesn't have a lot of this "hi-Tech" stuff! I do have a TST 507 TPMS system that I am totally happy with, and it works so well, I do not even have to have a booster antenna installed, for it to receive signals...

How To Michelin RV tire pressure chart PSI

Even on our 2022 SuperStar the rear inners did not have extensions. Dealership added the rubber stabilizer and extensions ( or longer valve stems, need to verify ) so I could attach my TPMS easily. Know I’ll need to watch the rubber stabilizers but they should be the new design.

Looking for a TPMS for Class A

My 22 will have a new tpms, but I have decided not to use it for the toad. The primary reason is my toad is a jeep wrangler, and I do the 5 tire rotation on it every 5k miles. It has large 37s and I want to get the most out of them. I considered buying the tool that let's me set the tpms, and...

Alert TPMS SENSORS ON RUBBER STEMS MAY CAUSE VALVE STEM FAILURE!

Two things about TPMS sensors: 1. Don’t use the flo-thrus. 2. Take off the anti theft shells and the sensors will be much smaller. My Jeep has run with the sensors installed without the theft shells for 120k of towing & driving with no problem.

Valve stem extender issue on Freightliner/Accuride wheels, again!

Thanks Stuart. What kind of tool? I have been thinking of developing some type of tool that could be used to attach to the TPMS cap and be able to unscrew it…
