Not sure how the sound bar is set up above the televator but on my 2018 DSDP I wanted to use something other than the Bose. The problem I had was most new sound bars use hdmi for the ARC how are the 2022 LA set up?

Same, hdmi as arc.

Congrats on the decision (y) They wouldn't go for the 220/240 dryer?

Same, hdmi as arc.
So Newmar now uses a HDMI cable to connect the sound bar to the TV? In 2018 they used a spdif optical cable.

2019 they changed to hdmi and arc.

July 16, 2021 Newmar is doing a 2% price increase on all diesel product, and will no longer guarantee price protection for orders placed after July 16, 2021. This is something that others in the industry have already implemented, and it makes sense.
@redbaron ... I am right behind you in the process (2022 Mountain Aire 4118) but will definitely miss the July 16th date. Does this mean that if I have a signed and coach ordered deal by let's say August 1st with an end of year delivery ... they can still raise the price on me before delivery??

Yes. After July 16, prices will increase on the build sheet by 2%.
Also during the production run, any costs Newmar deems unusual and extra, will be passed on to you directly.

Example: Newmar budgeted $2500 for lumber. Actual cost was $3750. You will now pay the increase of $1250 + whatever markup newmar decides to pass on . You will have zero input, and zero control of these costs, and within a certain dollar amount ( typically $5k ) you will also be on the hook for the purchase.
