As soon as I get back home from a trip, the Oasis gets shut down via the power switch on the unit.
I do the same. Sometimes hard to remember to turn it back on prior to a new trip.

The "salesman switch" doesn't kill all 12V. Having done some 12V mods such as running 12V power and a panel to the passenger side of the coach I know there are two sides to that unit. One is always on, the other side is killed by the salesman switch. So yeah, some 12V power cannot be turned off without a house battery disconnect or some other fuse pull.
I installed a house cut-off switch in the battery bay after an over-the-weekend repair shop storage mishap: The Silverleaf auto-charger started the generator just fine on a Friday evening, but it failed to shut it off as programed and the gen ran the entire weekend. Now I just disconnect the batteries.
