And my ITR Oasis Summer Loop pump has given up the ghost

I don't, probably should. This question was asked at Newmar Hoots in fall 2023 and they said yes, you can turn it off, and should for long term storage. If you think about it...no one I don't think would build a product like ITR Oasis that requires it to be left on forever. My personal thought is...things fail during the off/on cycle, such as light bulbs, etc. I'd rather leave them running vs. power cycling. Curious what others do for long term storage for the OASIS system.

I shut it off for stays of 4 months or longer, at home during summer months

I do shut down the oasis when not in use…

Never have shutdown the oasis, never even considered it.

I do turn off burners and ac elements when not in use but never hit the off switch before. Something to consider in the future.

Curious if everyone shuts off the Oasis manually in the basement when not in use.

Whenever we get off the road and put the coach in storage, I power off the Oasis using the power button on the unit itself. I do this as a preventative measure in the hopes that it actually powers down the loop pump(s)

As soon as I get back home from a trip, the Oasis gets shut down via the power switch on the unit.

Didn’t realize there was a switch on the oasis.
The couple times we did shut the Oasis down I did it with the circuit breaker.

Since some of the oasis is 12v, it may not even shut it all down with the breaker….?
