my daughter and I used to be heavily into astronomy and such and we have a great telescope that is setup for taking pictures of the Sun and Eclipses, Celestron CGX-L 1400 EdgeHD, Hydrogen-alpha filters, auto tracking, HD DSLR camera, etc. the works.

I really want to photograph this event, but everything is in storage.

hopefully someone gets some good images.

Here is a camera feed from Albuquerque NM. Mote the shadows on the wall. Too cool.

We got maybe a maximum of half occluded here in northwest Louisiana. Welding helmet glass to watch it was perfect.
