That’s the old code phrase for being suspended or otherwise placed on inactive duty status. Works for me. I’m currently in Freeport Texas about 20’ from the beach enjoying the sounds of the surf and a very socialble community. Park is a little on pricey side but sometimes its worth it. Kayaking the swampy marshes and wrtlands of Swan Lake tomorro.
