Driver leg rest dead

Driver side leg rest is dead. Rest of seat works fine. Checked plugs underneath seat and it appears okay. 2017 Ventana 3412. Thoughts?

I had issue with drivers leg rest and mine was the pressure button that send the signal that the chair has been turned around. As I turn the chair back around it created wear/bend to that pressure button. I was able to straighten/tighten it a little and got it back working. 2018 Ventana
