MagnaShade? I'm not sure what sort of exterior windshield cover you have - on motorhome? Towed or tow vehicle?
Bleach kills mold, and to keep it from returning, you have to address the moisture problem. If you can't get mother nature to cooperate, you might have to find a different cover than's more mold-resistant?
I don't know if this helps.... I just feel bad that no one replied yet.
