I love my induction cooktop and now find going back to gas a pain. The only benefit of gas is when you literally want fire to char a capsicum or eggplant or are wanting to use a wok.
 
I bought two of these (below) and funny as I was in my hoarding storage room I found one on the shelf. I sold one of them. Guess I may take it to the RV next time and see I will use it. However, it seems high wattage so it needs to be on a shore power outlet and not inverter driven outlet same as the dual induction cooktop is using.
