Well...here we go again! Costco organic (most expensive) wings. NWG, air fry, 400 degrees, with a light smoke (I like apple), 26 minutes. But first! Wash those nasty bird parts and dry thoroughly. Nope - drier than that! Then, put the nice, clean bird parts in the fridge for a couple hours, uncovered - the goal is to make them even drier. No seasoning, no BS, just dry wings in the air fryer basket, but only one level deep.@GlampDaddy is the wing expert, I defer to him, not sure why I didn't think of that before answering (or not answering) above.
Trust me. Hot sauce of your choice just before taking that first big bite. Texas Pete?No seasoning????
How do you control the smoke in the Ninja. It seems fill hopper, once it ignite, it's doing its own thing?with a light smoke
I have found some recipes recently stating "light smoke". I can only think of using wood pellets that aren't as strong. Apple vs Oak for instance. My problem is I buy pellets in large bags and I prefer not to have several large bags to store. Thats my guess anyway. @GlampDaddy will hopefully set use straight. How do you control the smoke in the Ninja. It seems fill hopper, once it ignite, it's doing its own thing?
No, @GlampDaddy gave clear directions - throw those away.Is Kona the brand that was included with our Ninja?
