Norcold low voltage error

Good day RV experts. We are fairly new to RV'ing and on our longest trip so far. We are in Colter Bay in the Grand Tetons and are boondocking. We have solar, but not very useful here due to the tree coverage. When our batteries go down to about 12.05-12.2 volts, our refrigerator give us a low voltage code. We have to reset the fridge and turn on the generator to boost the batteries a bit. I am mostly wondering if this is a normal or do we have a service trip once we get home?

12.2 to 12.3 is where the low voltage cut out will happen. You are below 50% at this point and it will always give you that low volt

LAs I read your post again,it occurred to me that I forgot to mention this. As you stated you are in low sun light areas. If you find yourself in those situations often, I would suggest looking at sunpower solar. Specifically for the low light availability with these. You can be in full shade and still grab a charge. Happy camping my friend..
