As I've scratched the face of my Gen2 dishy just from storing it, I'd be concerned of debris, branches, hail damaging a roof mounted Starlink dish. While I don't and don't plan to permanent mount my dish, for those that have or plan to, have you considered any type of protection to encase it or put a plastic/plexiglass layer over top of it?

While I haven't encountered any issues with debris or branches with my High-Performance Starlink antenna mounted on my roof, I have experienced a hail storm. It didn't suffer any ill effects other than a temporary loss of of service during the severe thunderstorm and torrential rain.

Taking down a Gen2, Gen3, or Mini during a hailstorm isn't something I would want to experience...

I wondered if they offered protectors like screen protectors on phones/tablets. I think a glass type adhesive protector would be good to have.
