Portable generator issue

Has anyone had a problem with a Honda 7000I generator not powering a Thor Aria 3901 ?
Was told there is a grounding issue.. The Harbor Freight predator works fine.

What does the Honda generator do or not do? Unable to accept the wattage load? How many watts of power do you need? One or two large air conditioners in your coach?

You probably need a ground plug.

Tried the ground plug. Didn’t work
The manufacturer (Thor) will not tell me what to do because of liability.
Basically, the generator is operating correctly but it will not power anything in the RV.
It has something to do with the transfer switch.
