It is the trend. A lot at Motorcoach listed for 1.35MM just went pending in less than 30 days. It is a double lot so they pay 2x HOA monthly and 2x restaurant fee per year. Does not include the boat.

The prices there have gone crazy over the last year or so. So wish we would have bought one there 7 years ago when we were looking for a place to keep the coach when we came to our place but couldn’t come to grips with leaving it outside for months. It is a beautiful place. Always love to go to their open house and Motorcoach show that happens right after the Tampa show.

I low balled and put in an offer in 2017, wish I would have gone a little higher but I wasn't ready to be a site owner, I want to travel and not be tied to a location. I think that same site is listed in the current listings. (off lake)
