Plans are forming to do Angel Fire, Wolf Creek, Polson, and maybe Pacific Shores on the way home this summer.

Pretty hard to beat that itinerary. Add Casey’s Riverfront rv in Oregon as a relaxing stop. And/or maybe a stop in Bend or Sisters.

Good to know. Saw that on my preliminary planning. Thanks for the tip. Haven't been there since I was twelve. That was too many moons ago.

We liked Custer’s Gulch also, esp. some of the bigger spots down by the pond. Be sure to drive your toad, not the coach, on the Needles HWY. Very scenic, and fun. Judy D

We haven't started our booking just yet. The last two years we have traveled only in Texas. We will do some more camping here this year but we intend to travel out of state. May go east to Florida and up into Tenn. to see the Smokey Mountains.

All my favorites....ENJOY!

A totally new experience this year! Never been west of the Mississippi! Got to finish the mapping, but around the last week of June; will be working our way from Florida, through Montgomery Al, then towards St. Louis, out to I-80, and West to Rock Springs Wyoming for the Newmar International. Leaving there with a Newmar Caravan (A Taste of the West) back to Nebraska, then South Dakota; North Dakota, & end up in Yellowstone. From there back to, or around Denver, then toward I-40, & head back East. At some point gonna head South toward Pensacola area, Gulf Breeze Fl, and across I-10 (either to I-75 or across to I-95); then back home to St. Augustine, sometime in August! Going to try to do about 200-250 per day, with some extra layover days to "sightsee"!
Suggestions for roads to travel, places to see, & things to do would be appreciated! Other than the International & the Caravan, nothing as of today is totally set! Figuring about 18-21 days out to Rock Springs, and about 18-21 days for the return trip from Yellowstone.

You need to get farther west one day. Contrary to what some say, the Pacific Coast is magnificent & worth the effort.

Plans are still being formulated with only reservation in Montana for month of May thru Memorial Day. Then plan on heading north to Alaska returning sometime mid to late Aug. Wisconsin for Labor Day, Spartan for service, Nappanee for furniture rework and what ever else breaks. Then we will head south towards FL for the winter stopping at Deer Springs.

I just added the South Carolina AIM rally in October.

Go back to IL in May then back to FL in Nov. That's all...

We are heading out on a 33 day Caravan Tour with Fantasy Tours. We will be doing the western state tour. With my business it is hard for me to plan extended RV trips and destinations. We will be hitting Yellowstone, Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower and much more. Everything is neatly planned, from dinners, events, national parks, to dog sitting for our Lab Shelby. We only travel 150- t0 200 miles a day from one destination to another. You usually stay two to three days at each destination.

If I have the time I might take a shot at going to Sequoia National Park in CA. But it is over one thousand miles away from our ending destination in Jackson Hole Wyoming.

One of our favorite State Parks in PA is Ives Run. It has beautiful Lake Hammond and was built by the Army Core of Engineers. Just made reservations for a mid May camping trip.

Regards HH

Looking forward to filling up with Laaubsta (misspelled?) this summer! Currently in Brownsville, TX and will go to Big Bend in early March then headed to Pueblo, CO (after a few stops) to see family. Then headed to Newmar in Nappanee, IN for some coach work followed by working towards a June 27th meetup in NH with two other couples for a trip to the Canadian Maritimes (including Newfoundland). Afterwards spending 12 days in St Andrews, NB (on the coast), followed by a wk in the Acadia/Bar Harbor area in early Sept then headed back towards Brownsville via Rochester, NY than Pueblo, CO again for another winter season.
Thinking of doing the Dakotas, Montana, Wyoming and potentially Idaho summer of 2023.

You spend winters in Pueblo? I'm just leaving to head South from here.
