@GlampDaddy and his crew rolled into the park yesterday. A couple of Dutch Stars, a Newell, London Aire, a Ventana a Country Coach, all beautiful coaches. Anyhow, early afternoon and the master (Sir Glampster) held a Brisket 101 class in the rain!

I feel I am now ready to forge into the brisket world!

Nope! But it got eaten up piece by piece by a slew of other guests. Shame too cuz that was a perfect time for someone who wanted to visit the area to find an affordable place to stay. I'll try again next year!

Everyone leaves this morning except Marilyn and me; we leave tomorrow for a week in the Smokies. Jim and Trish have once again been awesome hosts. Until next time, safe travels to all our friends.

Wow, what a great week this was! Lots of food, lots of stuff to drink, awesome company. Learned a bunch about brisket. Smoked a ham on day one, followed by brisket, then taco night, and finished up with a shrimp boil last night.

And just like that, everyone is leaving! Gonna be quiet around here for a few days.

Wow got on the site and everything is almost booked. We just booked site #9 on the wilderness loop. From July 3rd to the 7th.

Its about 750 miles for us.
