Hope you have time in Holbrook for the Petrified Forest, very nice NP, we always stay at Holbrook KOA, Daughter lives in Utah, Holbrook is a twice a year stop for usWe left Texas and we are on our way to Las Vegas. We stopped in Albuquerque, NM today at a very unusual park. It feels more like a storage facility than a park but for just a nites stay it will do. We leave tomorrow for Holbrook, AZ. the campground we are staying at says it’s like 1/2 a mile to the entrance of the Petrified Forest and we will be going there to have a look around. Is it a two day thing or can you see everything in one day ?Hope you have time in Holbrook for the Petrified Forest, very nice NP, we always stay at Holbrook KOA, Daughter lives in Utah, Holbrook is a twice a year stop for us
