If you are looking for a very scenic drive, Just down the road from you is the Apache Trail. It starts just past Tortilla Flat and ands at the Roosevelt Dam. About 30 miles or so. There are signs that say a high clearance 4X4 is required. Not any more. The road has been "gentrified". Sedans can make the trip although there is some serious wash boarding in places. Just a FYI: If steep drop offs with no guard rails bother you then don't go.

Safe travels

Darrell
