For what is being offered, I'd say that is a bargain! Heck, we might even come out from the "Left Coast" for a visit.

Oh yeah? Well how about $60 then? :) lol

To be honest, I would love to get a picture of Deer Springs RV Park with a full house of Newmars! Make on hell of a profile picture. :)

Today we finished grading the exit road as it leaves the park and the "Y" where the main road through the park enters site #8.
Weather permitting, we hope to get some of the lower pads cut tomorrow.

@TJ&LadyDi , if you drive all the way out here to see my humble park, you're entitled to a free stay. But you're hauling your own damn firewood... :)

Yes it would. 13 miles west of Franklin NC. Out hwy 64W, Are you ready to book a weekend? :)
I am ready to book a week. It sounds wonderful....peaceful, outdoor activities and a perfect place to disconnect from the world. Sign me up!?

And what was yesterday a beautiful green meadow, is in the process of being graded to provide the individual RV lots. Gotta have level lots, right? It's pretty plain Jane right now, but when the lots are defined, grass is growing and landscaping is in, it'll be beautiful.

On another note, it looks like Winter is upon us. We got our first frost last night and freezing weather is just around the corner. I sure hate it when the beautiful leaves start falling to the ground and all the trees become bare.

But such is the cycle of life I guess.

Is playtime with Rex and Ryker included?

Lots and lots of grading took place today. Way to much to post all the pictures, so I'll focus on lot #5, which is one of my favorites.
The slip is a back in slip with your awning opening toward the South.

There is a beautiful White Pine, above and to the right of the RV pad, with a walkway that takes you up to your private picnic area shaded by the big Pine.

The parking area has been partially finish graded, and that area is noticeably visible. Tomorrow we should finish the grading and start putting rock on the roads.

Exciting times!

Good progress today.

Got most of the rock (crusher run) on the driveway and got lot #8 leveled. Lot #8 is about 85' long and probably 35'-40' wide. Cut into the mountainside with large White Pines and other wonderful trees, this lot will provide plenty of privacy for the lucky guests who stay here.

We also got most of the grass planted (i.e. sprayed.) :) See video.

Tomorrow I'll take the drone up for a view from above.

We just left Dillard GA! We fell in love with the area! We'd definitely stay there next fall.
